Optimist 145 Complete Bike LAUNCH EDITION
After nearly three years of development, the Optimist 145 is here! Well, almost here. We are still in the final throws of development but are at a place where we can commit to a production timeline and offer you the opportunity to get in on the launch edition pre-order. This is no ordinary launch edition. The Optimist 145 comes with every banger part available to make this the ultimate full suspension bike. Featuring a full titanium front triangle mated to a fully CNC machined rear triangle, the Optimist combines the amazing damping properties of titanium with the stiffness of alloy in the rear triangle where torsional rigidity is needed for belt alignment and suspension performance. The front triangle is outrageous. All three lugs (head tube, Pinion Bridge, and Seat Cluster) are 3d printed out of titanium and mated to titanium tubes seamlessly. This work of art is functional as well as beautiful, with built in seat collar and internal bracing for maximum strength and minimum weight. Launch Edition partners include Industry 9, Intend, Chris King, Vittoria, and more.

Optimist Tech
Ti 3D Printing
The Optimist features a full titanium front triangle with 3d printed lugs (head tube, seat cluster, and Pinion mount/Suspension pivots) welded to titanium tubes.
Titanium Flex Plate
Since the pivot at the seat stay only rotates roughly 2 degrees through the suspension travel, we decided to design a very torsionally stiff flex plate to do the work rather than a whole bearing system. It's lighter, stiffer, and allows for the belt to pass through into the rear triangle.
Pinion C1.12i Gearbox
600% range means a higher high gear and a lower low gear for tackling anything the world will throw at you. Packed out and loaded, you still have the gear range to get you there.
